A Day in the Life of a JCHS Varsity Basketball Player in the Off-Season

5:00 a.m. – Wake up and start the day with early morning training (team practice or with a personal trainer on off days).
10:30/11:00 a.m. – Head home, eat, and relax.
12:30 p.m. – Return to La Fitness to train a kid for two hours.
2:30 p.m. – Chill at home, ice up muscles, check phone, and spend time with family.
4:00/5:00 p.m. – Head to work.
7:30/8:00 p.m. – Play pickup games (5-on-5) with friends.
9:30/10:00 p.m. – Wind down and go to sleep.
