Jojo Alfassy Gears Up for a Winning Season: Training Hard, Team Spirit High, and Championship Dreams in Sight

This summer, Jojo Alfassy, who joined our school’s varsity basketball team last year, fully immersed himself in training for the upcoming season. He attended two basketball camps, worked with private trainers, and practiced extensively with his new team, the Culture Lions. His main focus was on improving his shooting, explosiveness, and speed. Jojo’s highlight of the summer was strengthening his bond with his teammates and fostering team unity. Looking ahead, he’s determined to bring home at least one championship banner for our school. Eager to start the season, Jojo said, “I want the first game to already start; I want to play that first game with the whole team.” His positive outlook is reflected in his belief that “Life’s too short to have a bad day,” and he’s committed to making the most of each day and achieving his goals.
